Responsible Gaming at xc999

We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for every player in Bangladesh. Gambling should be fun — and we give you the tools to keep it that way.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

21+ This platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above only.

At xc999, we believe that responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do. Our platform is designed to offer entertainment — not financial stress. Whether you enjoy cricket betting, slots, or live casino games, it is essential that your play remains within limits that are comfortable for you and your household.

We strongly encourage all players across Bangladesh — whether you are in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, or anywhere else — to treat gambling purely as a leisure activity. Never chase losses, and never gamble with money that you cannot afford to lose. Set a budget before you start, stick to it, and take regular breaks.

xc999 provides a range of responsible gaming tools that are always available through your account settings. These tools are free to use and are designed to keep you in control at all times. If you ever feel that gambling is taking more than it should from your daily life, we urge you to use them without hesitation. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward getting help. Please review the indicators below honestly:

  • Gambling with money meant for rent, food, utilities, or family expenses.
  • Feeling the need to increase bet sizes to get the same excitement.
  • Chasing losses repeatedly, believing you will eventually win it back.
  • Lying to family or friends about how much time or money you spend on gambling.
  • Feeling irritable, anxious, or restless when not gambling.
  • Neglecting work, studies, or relationships because of gambling habits.

Self-Exclusion and Account Controls

xc999 makes it straightforward to take a break or step away entirely. The following controls are built into your account and can be activated at any time:

  • Short-term time-out: pause your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks without losing your history.
  • Long-term self-exclusion: close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
  • Deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
  • All betting and gaming activity is suspended during any active exclusion or time-out period.
  • Contact our support team at [email protected] to activate exclusion if you cannot access your account settings.

Important Notice

Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period. This is intentional — it ensures the tool is genuinely protective and not simply bypassed in a moment of impulse. Please think carefully before choosing the exclusion duration that is right for you.

Protecting Underage Players

xc999 operates exclusively for adults aged 21 and above. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. During account registration, all players are required to confirm their age, and we reserve the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify that a player meets our minimum age requirement.

If you are a parent or guardian, we strongly recommend using internet parental-control software to prevent minors in your household from accessing gambling websites. Tools such as browser-level content filters and device supervision features available on most Android and iOS phones can help you keep children safe online. Please do not share your xc999 account credentials with anyone under the age of 21.
